高岭土/PVC复合电缆料的制备与性能研究

摘    要:采用硬脂酸、硅烷偶联剂和自制的含有三甲氧基硅烷侧基的大分子表面处理剂,分别处理了煅烧高岭土、添加一定比例纳米级的煅烧高岭土,与活性CaCO3混合填充PVC树脂,制备改性电缆料.研究了不同表面处理剂和不同比例的纳米级高岭土对电缆料的电学性能、拉伸性能和低温冲击脆性的影响.三种实验结果表明,采用大分子表面处理剂处理添加含1%-3%的纳米级高岭土填充的PVC电缆料,各项性能最佳.

Abstract:Stearic acid,silane coupling agent,macromolecular surface treatment agent,which has trimethoxy silane in side-chain were used for the surface treatment of the calcined kaolin added some nanometer calcined kaolin.The PVC resin were filled with treated calcined kaolin mixed with active CaCO3,and were made into cable material.The volume resistivity,tensile-strength and low-temperature impact brittleness of the cable material were tested,and the results indicate the cable material which filled with calcined kaolin coated by macromolecular surface treatment agent gains the best properties.
