| 摘 要： | 抑郁心理是大学生常见的心理问题,它对大学生的健康成长产生了很大的消极影响。高校教育工作者必须对此引起重视。指出了抑郁心理的种种表现,分析了其产生原因,提出了消除抑郁这种心理障碍的心理疗法以及预防措施。

| Abstract: | The depression psychology is a common psychological problem among college students and it has quite a negative effect on the healthy growth of college students.The educational workers in colleges should attach importance to college students' depression psychology.This paper pointed out several behavior of depression psychology,analyzed the reasons why depression psychology appeared and put forward some psychological treatments of erasing this kind of psychological obstacles.Furthermore,the paper provided us some effective measures of preventing college students' depression psychology. |
