Zr-PILC的表面酸性和催化性能研究

摘    要:用吡啶吸附红外光谱和氨程序升温脱附等手段对锆交联蒙脱土的表面酸性进行研究,结果声明:锆交联蒙脱土与原土相比酸中心增多,酸强度增大,主要是增加L酸。以甲醇胺化反应为探针研究锆交联蒙脱土的酸催化性能,结果表明:锆交联蒙脱土样品的胺化反应活性和选择性均高于Na-土,胺化反应的活性位主要是L酸位。

Abstract:Zr-PILC samples were prepared from naturally occurring montmorillonites by exchanging interlayer ions with corresponding polyoxcations.The surface acidity was determined using IR and NH3-TPD techniques.Zr-PILC has more acid sites,and higher acid strength than the original clay material.The reaction to produce MMA,DMA and TMA from methanol and ammonia was carried out for studying the catalytic properties of the sampels prepared.Zr-PILC samples show better catalytic activities and DMA selectivities than Na-montmorillonite due to their stronger and more Lewis acid sites.
