摘    要:利用推广的Ginzburg-Landau-Devonshire(GLD)理论,研究了二级相变双层铁电薄膜的界面对其性质的影响.结果表明:界面的影响是减小两层中的自发极化的差别,改变一种铁电层的相对厚度会使整个薄膜的平均自发极化发生改变;电滞回线的特性与体材料的电滞回线的特性基本一致.

Abstract:The author studies the influence of surface on the properties of double-layer ferroelectric films with the second order phase transition.The approach used in this paper is the generalized Ginzburg-Landau-Devonshier theory.The result implies that the influence of the surface is to reduce the difference of spontaneous polarization in double-layer ferroelectric films and the average spontaneous polatrizaion of the ferroelectric films change with the variation of the relative thickness of the ferroelectric layers.But the average polarization in external field is the same as bulk ferroelectric material.
