钛酸铝陶瓷稳定性研究

摘    要:用不同稳定剂制备2组钛酸铝陶瓷材料样品,采用将样品反复在熔融铝液中浸泡后迅速水淬的方法测试其抗热震性能,用环境扫描电镜及能谱分析仪观察陶瓷的显微结构,用X射线衍射仪分析相组成。试验结果表明,添加MgO、Y2O3的钛酸铝样品循环60次而无破损,表面保持光洁,具有良好的抗热震性能。其显微结构中稳定的斜方(Al2Ti)O5相高达68.5%,其形貌由大量板状大晶粒与少量圆滑晶粒组成,板状晶粒中MgO含量高于平均水平。

Abstract:Two kinds of samples with different stabilizers are prepared,and then quench in water after dipping into melt aluminium for enough time repeatedly to test their thermal shock resistance characteristic.The microstructures are observed with ESEM and EDS,and the compositions are analysed by X-ray diffraction.The results show that the outside surface of the samples with MgO and Y2O3 as stabilizers looks undamaged and clean after 60 times quenching,displaying a excellent thermal shock resistance characteristic.T...
