| 摘 要： | 设计了一种简单的电流控制的振荡器.该电路充分利用系统内部基准电流源产生的电流信号对电容进行充放电,此振荡器是降压变换器内部电路的一部分,在3.3 V电源电压下,经过控制电路作用后,上升时间和下降时间很接近,使振荡器输出的谐波信号近似于三角波信号.

| Abstract: | A kind of simple current - controllled oscillator are designed, in which reference current sources are used to charge and diacharge capacitor. This oscillator is a part of BUCK converter. The rising time and the fall time approach very much, through control circuit under 3.3V reference voltage, causes the wave approach to the triangle wave. |
