工业湿蒸气的直接热量计量

摘    要:采用两相流分相流动模型分析了孔板在工业湿蒸气中的特性,并结合中、低压湿蒸气的热物理性质,论述了一种利用孔板测量工业湿蒸气传递热量的实用的热量计。作为热量计的孔板对工业湿蒸气的干度不敏感,在工业锅炉的运行范围内,该热量测量方法的理论误差小于 1.0%。文中论述的工业湿蒸气传递热量的直接测量方法,避开了两相流测量的困难,实现了温蒸气的直接热量计量,在工业中有广泛应用的价值,对于工业能源科学管理具有重要意义。

Abstract:The separate phase model of two-phase flow and the thermal characteristics of low plessure wet steam show that orifice can be used as a practical heatmeter for measuring heat transmitted by wet steam. As a heatmeter, it is not sensitive to steam quality. Under industrial boiler operation conditions, its theoretical error is less than 0.01. The principle described in this paper makes it possible to measure heat transmitted by wet steam directly and the difficulty of measuring mass flow rate of two --phase flow can be avoided. The method can be widely used in industry and is important for energy inanagement.
