当前我国村委会选举问题研究

中国农村以直接选举为基础的村民自治成为基层民主建设的突破口,其中最能体现民主性质的村委会直接选举制度经过几十年的发展有了很大进步。但也存在一些问题,阻碍着农村基层民主的发展。能否将这些问题有效解决,关系着中国是否能真正实现民主、法治,因此就急需对这些问题进行总结分析,并有效加以解决。
