越野汽车防护承载式车身的结构分析与设计

摘    要:结合近期某防护型越野汽车的研制工作,提出了一种桁架承载式复合材料薄刚壳多级防护的汽车轻装甲结构.该结构介于传统无车架重装甲承载式车身与传统有车架越野汽车的非承载式车身之间,是一种轻装甲承载式结构的新型车身.根据CAD的车体结构、底盘件及安装支架设计,并依据CAE的车体结构有限元仿真与优化分析,提出了该车身桁架布置的优化方案.根据车辆不同工况要求,对车身施加了相应的边界条件和载荷,进行了车身结构强度分析,并通过车辆的测试和试验,证明了该车身结构的合理性和先进性.
