摘    要:通过选用不同水灰比和不同水化时间的硬性浆液,利用自制的浆液变形试验装置,针对盾构壁后注浆施工中常用的硬性浆液变形特性进行研究,探讨了水泥水化作用对硬性浆液变形的影响规律.结果表明:压缩应力越高,浆液产生的压缩变形量越大;随着浆液水灰比增加,水泥水化作用明显减弱,浆液的压缩变形量也随之增大;随水泥水化时间的延长,浆液的变形量呈减小趋势.在满足壁后注浆施工便利性和成本控制的条件下,适当地降低硬性浆液的水灰比,有利于控制由盾尾空隙闭合产生的地层沉降.

Abstract:By utilizing self-made grout deformation equipment, th e cemented mortar deformation properties of shield backfill grouting were tested under different water-cement ratio and hydration time.The influence of hydrat ion action on cemented mortar deformation was discussed.The results illustrate that the higher the consolidation pressure,the larger the compress variation of mortar generation.Cement hydration action is obviously weakened along with wat er-cement ratio increases,which lead to mortar deformation e...
