| 摘 要： | 高校扩招使地方本科院校面临着更多的挑战与生存危机,必须改革旧的人才培养模式,探究和论证培养新型英语人才之路。文章从探讨目前英语专业所面临的危机和挑战入手,分析了地方本科院校大力培养复合应用型英语专业人才的必要性和基本思路。

| Abstract: | Local colleges are faced with more challenges and survival crisis because of national colleges expansion.It is needed to reform the old training model and explore and demonstrate the training methods of new English major talents.The paper probes into the necessity and basic ideas of cultivating the compound-applied talents of English majors. |
