| 摘 要： | 近年来,我国高校学生社团迅速发展,数量、类型在不断增多、规模机构在不断扩大、社会化趋势在不断加强。随着社团在大学生学习、生活以及校园文化建设中所起作用的日益突出,也给高校对社团的建设与管理带来了很多压力与挑战。因此,如何进一步加强学生社团建设与管理已成为当前高校学生工作的一个非常重要的内容,引起了越来越多的思考与关注。
