摘    要:在大倾角曲面或悬空特征等复杂形状熔积零件的制造中,应用等厚度切片技术来进行制造往往达不到成形性要求和实际使用性能.为解决这种问题,提出不等厚切片技术来改善制造效果.基本思想是沿着零件几何渐变生长方向的法平面进行等距切片,切片法向始终保持与零件几何特征的渐变方向一致.这种切片方法考虑了零件的几何形状的变化,始终保持最优的生长方向,因而制造出的零件无论在外部形貌还是内部力学性能上都可以得到最优效果.将该方法应用在复杂渐变结构零件的精确数字化熔积制造中,取得了满意的实验结果.
