摘    要:为提高型芯的抗拉强度,以粉末材料高岭土、硼酸镁晶须以及硅藻土为添加剂,用单因素实验考察了不同粉末的增强能力,并采用混料实验设计的原理进行配方设计,通过回归分析得到抗拉强度与3组分之间的回归方程,方差及残差分析表明该回归模型具有较高的显著性.实验结果表明:在不考虑加入量的情况下,高岭土、硼酸镁晶须和硅藻土的增强效果依次增加;采用混料设计其复合增强效果更好,且当高岭土/硼酸镁晶须/硅藻土3组分的质量比为0.0∶0.4∶0.6时,型芯的增强效果最好,抗拉强度可达到2.5MPa.

Abstract:Addition of powder additives,such as Kaolin,diatomite and whisker,was investigated to enhance water-soluble cores.Single factor experiments were used to analyze the strengthened effects of different powders.Optimization of the formula of the additives was also employed by using mixture design.A regression model of strength was set up and proved to be effective by analysis of variance and residual diagnostic.The results show that strengthening effect is enhanced in the order of Kaolin,whisker and diatomite w...
