摘    要:为了对围护结构设计进行评价,采用数学方法建立居住建筑围护结构能耗及热工性能评价(EETP)指标,该评价指标包含建筑几何参数、热工参数、气象参数、制冷与制热系统的运行时间和能效比.以上海地区为例,建立了EETP指标与围护结构累计耗冷量、耗热量及制冷、制热、全年能耗的计算公式,算例表明该算法简单准确;与夏热冬冷地区居住建筑节能设计标准中的规定性指标对比,得出满足该标准最低要求时上海地区围护结构EETP全年指标的极限值为0.871W/(m3.K).
