摘    要:从免疫学的角度出发,研究了免疫系统体液免疫应答原理,基于免疫应答机制,模拟了人体免疫系统的克隆选择、细胞选择、记忆细胞获取、抗体浓度调节等机制,提出了一种新的免疫优化算法.设计了基站选址优化问题的数学模型,给出了一种基于免疫计算的基站选址优化方案,并对所提出的算法进行了收敛性分析.仿真结果表明:所提方案能以相对较低的网络建设成本获得较高的网络覆盖率,具有较好的应用价值.
