马尾松木材切削阻力的研究

摘    要:<正>本研究应用电阻应变仪测试技术测试了马尾松木材在各种试验条件下的切削阻力,探讨了进料速度、木材含水率、木材进料方向,以及不同锯齿条件等诸因素对马尾松木材切削阻力的影响,并应用电工测量技术测试了实际生产中锯机所消耗的功率,以验证所测得的切削阻力。还分析了MJ3210型锯机的各项主要功率消耗,用经验公式加以估算,提出了由木材主切削力推算锯机消耗功率的计算公式。


A STUDY OF THE CUTTING RESISTANCE OF THE TIMBER OF PINUS MASSONIANA
Abstract:Using a strain gauge, cutting resistance of the timber of Pinus massoniana has been measured under different conditions and effects of different feeding speeds, moisture contents of the wood, feeding directions and the conditions of sawteeth on the resistance studied. Electric power consumption has also been measured by electrotech-nique in operation to check the resistance tested. Also analyzed here are the various main power consumptions on the MJ 3210 band saw and on this basis, new formulas for calculating the total electric power consumption resulting from band saw cutting resistance on the timber are worked out.
