高铁酸钾降解农药敌敌畏及其残留检测方法

摘    要:利用农药残留快速检测法——乙酰胆碱酯酶抑制法进行测定,研究了高铁酸钾对敌敌畏农药的消毒效果。研究发现CO2是乙酰胆碱酯酶法测定高铁酸钾对敌敌畏农药消毒效果的理想中和剂。在3min吸光度变化值(ΔA)与敌敌畏质量浓度(ρ)之间存在关系式:ΔA=-0.1096lgρ+ 0.2227。在20~80mg/L敌敌畏水溶液中加入800mg/L K2FeO4处理15min可使敌敌畏质量浓度降低到0.05mg/L以下。

Abstract:The antisepsis affection of potassium ferrate in the aqueous solution of DDVP was studied by a rapid determining method——enzyme inhibition technology. It is discovered that carbon dioxide is a perfect neutralization agent in this method. A relationship between the change of the absorbency of three minutes and the concentration of DDVP was found: ΔA=-0.1096lgρ+0.2227. The result shows that by treating with 800mg/L potassium ferrate for 15 minutes, the content of DDVP can be decreased from 80mg/L to lower 0.05mg/L.
