| 摘 要： | 采用文献资料法及理论分析法，研究概述了民族传统体育的人文内涵及其特征，分析得出了民族传统体育发展的内核、规律、根源、动力和调节杠杆，说明发展民族传统体育是增进民族团结、社会稳定、政治统一的象征；是提高国民素质、促进社会经济发展的价值所在；是民族复兴的最终表征．

| Abstract: | By using the method of documentary and theory analysis, this paper makes research on human connotation and characteristics of national traditional sport, the analysis reaches the crux, caw, origin and motive four and lever adjust mint of the development of national traditional sport. National traditional sport symbolizes national unity, social stability and political unity and thoraces national quality. It is where the development of social econorny＇s values lies, and is a final symbol of national rejuvenation. |
