| 摘 要： | 发挥中心城市地方大学图书馆藏书系统为教学和科研服务、为地方服务和系统收藏地方文献三大功能，有一个优化的藏书结构是关键所在。藏书的学科结构首先要与专业设置相关，其次要满足科研需求，第三要考虑地方特需。藏书的等级结构可分为完整级、研究级、学习级和普通级。藏书的时间结构，核心是要努力扩大新书的比例。藏书的文献类型结构应是包括出版形式多样化和物质载体多样化的结构。
