玻化微珠保温砌块材料配合比正交试验研究

摘    要:玻化微珠免烧结免蒸养保温砌块(双免保温砌块)是以粉煤灰为主要原料,加入适量玻化微珠掺和料、水玻璃、水泥等掺料,并加入外加剂激发粉煤灰的活性,采用压制成型,并经自然养护而制成的新型建筑材料,其中,粉煤灰的掺量一般为70%左右。通过测试玻化微珠保温砌块材料的强度和发展规律,探讨了该保温砌块中各掺料的最佳配合比及基本性能与粉煤灰的水化硬化机理的关系。

Abstract:Glazed hollow bead insulation block with non-autoclaved and non-sintered is a new building material with adding fly-ash as the main raw material and suitable amount of admixture, such as glazed hollow bead, sodium silicate and cement. The activity of fly-ash is stimulated by adding activators. Glazed hollow bead insulation block is made by pressure molding and natural curing. The dosage of fly ash is generally about 70% in this insulation block. It is discussed in this paper that the best mix proportion of admixture and hydration hardening mechanism of fly-ash by testing the compressive strength and development law of this insulation block.
