工程机械驱动流量耦合系统自适应控制仿真

摘    要:为了提高工程机械的动力及经济性,将简化模型参考自适应(SMRAC)控制方法引入工程机械液压-变量马达流量耦合时变非线性系统中,通过建立分段优化模型的方法及对模型辅以最优反馈补偿校正,建立了优化参考模型,并利用比例-积分型矢量自适应控制律来保证系统的稳定性。结合某液压试验台利用Matalab仿真软件进行仿真试验,得出参考模型输出最大超调量2.43%,自适应控制系统输出最大超调量7.08%,控制系统调整时间0.204 s,且过渡过程平稳,自适应控制系统较好地跟随参考模型输出。结果表明,结合状态反馈校正的简化模型参考自适应控制策略能有效克服时变参数的影响,且该策略算法简单实用。

Abstract:To improve the efficiency and the technique economy of construction machinery,the SMRAC method was introduced to the nonlinear hydraulic driving system with time variable.Through the partition optimization model and the most superior feedback compensation,the optimization reference model was established,the proportion-integral vector adaptive control rule was utilized to keep the stability of the system.This control method was simulated with Matalab.It was found that: the most output of the model is over 2.43%;the most output of the adaptive control system is over 7.08%;the adjusting time of control system is 0.204 s;the transient process is steady,and the adaptive control system follows the reference model output well.The result indicated that this strategy can overcome the influence of the time-varying parameters effectively,and it is simple and practical.1 tab,8 figs,6 refs.
