鸡屎藤苷酸与鸡屎藤苷酸甲酯二聚体对小鼠的镇痛作用研究

摘    要:背景:鸡屎藤具有明确的镇痛作用,鸡屎藤苷酸与鸡屎藤苷酸甲酯是()。目的:考察鸡屎藤苷酸(Paederosidic Acid)与鸡屎藤苷酸甲酯(Paederosidic Acid Methyl Ester)二聚体不同浓度下的镇痛作用,并初步探讨其作用机制。方法:采用ICR小鼠,以小鼠福尔马林实验进行镇痛作用评价,以热板实验确定镇痛机制。结果:福尔马林实验结果显示,鸡屎藤苷酸与鸡屎藤苷酸甲酯二聚体有镇痛效果。利用热板实验,确定鸡屎藤苷酸与鸡屎藤苷酸甲酯二聚体为中枢镇痛作用,40mg/kg是镇痛的最大效应浓度。结论:鸡屎藤苷酸与鸡屎藤苷酸甲酯二聚体有中枢镇痛作用。

Abstract:Background:Paederia foetida has significant analgesic effect, Paederosidic Acid and Paederosidic Acid Methyl Ester were two of active ingredients newly isolated. Objective: Our paper aimed to study the analgesic effect of the dimer of Paederosidic Acid and Paederosidic Acid Methyl Ester at different concentrations, and explore its work mechanism. The dimer of a methanolic was extracted from Paederia foetida. Methods: The analgesic effects of the dimer were respectively observed by hot plate and formalin test in ICR mice. Results: The formalin test showed that the dimer produced significant analgesic effect. While the dimer has central analgesic effect in the hot plate test, the maximum analgesic effect concentration was 40 mg/kg. Conclusion: Dimer of Paederosidic Acid and Paederosidic Acid Methyl Ester has analgesic effects.
