纵弯复合模式超声换能器设计

摘    要:设计了一种夹心式纵弯复合振动模式超声换能器,该换能器由纵向夹心式压电超声换能器与弯曲正六边形薄板组成.采用有限元方法,对一定几何尺寸边界自由的正六边形薄板进行模态分析,得到中心位移最大的某一模态,设计以该模态的频率作为共振频率的纵弯复合模式换能器.实验结果表明,换能器的共振频率测试值与设计值基本吻合,达到预期设计目标,这种六边形辐射板换能器可应用于特殊环境的超声测量,或应用于超声生物处理和声化学反应设备中,对该换能器的设计和理论模拟有利于更好掌握其振动特性及其产生的声场分布,对实际应用有指导意义.

Abstract:In this paper,a longitudinal-flexural composite mode ultrasonic transducer composed of the sandwich longitudinal mode ultrasonic transducer and the flexural regular hexagon plate is studied.This paper adopts FEM(finite element method) to analyze the pattern of the regular hexagon plates which have a certain geometric size and a free border,and then gets a pattern which has the largest central displacement.And then this paper designs a longitudinal-flexural composite mode ultrasonic transducer with the pattern's frequency as the resonance frequency.The experiment shows the measured frequency is in agreement with the theoretical values and correspondent with the standard of design.The transducer designed and produced here is available for the measurement in special conditions,and is also available in super sonic biological treatment and sonochemistry reactor services.What we have done is beneficial to obtaining the vibration features and the acoustic field distribution of the transducer,which are significant for the application.
