论我国外资银行监管制度的开放和完善

外资银行的大量涌入给我国金融业既带来了前所未有的机遇，同时也带来了巨大的挑战，如何在立法层面上更好地规范外资银行就成为目前亟需解决的问题。本文从分析我国《外资银行管理条例》新亮点入手，结合外资银行在华发展现状为基础，提出了完善我国外资银行监管制度的些许建议。

On the Opening and Perfection of Banks with Foreign Capital Regulatory System of our Country

A great quantity of banks with foreign capital floods in, bringing our country great opportunity as well as big challenge. How to regulate banks with foreign capital legislately is the problem which needs solving at present urgently. Based on the new points in Banks with Foreign Capital Regulation on Administration and the status quo of the bank＇s development, this paper will put forward perfecting the regulatory system of the banks with foreign capital.
