| Abstract: | A Simple dynamic model of toxicant-population which is based on Smiths model is analyzed, and a condusions that the toxicant-population system is locally and globally asymptotically stable under some conditions is obtained. The existence of the system's periodic sollution is demonstrated when the toxicant in the polluted environment perturbs periodically. |
