摘    要:负压病房对于医疗单位紧急应对新冠病毒等强传染性病菌在院区内发生交叉传染、医护感染等至关重要,原因在于良好的气流组织有利于传染性病菌快速排出。设计相适应的、安全有效的送排风方案对于模块化负压病房的构建来说非常关键。基于计算流体动力学理论,依托多物理场仿真计算软件Comsol,面向雷山医院等应急卫生场所,以负压病房作为研究对象,研究6种常见的通风排风方案对于病菌的排出扩散效率的影响。还对雷山医院病房现有气流组织情况的浓度分布进行探讨和研究,并提出和对比了多组优化方案,得出了较好的通风布置方案。该方案能为以后的模块化施工提供参考,减少病菌传播扩散,更有效保护医护人员。

Abstract:Negative pressure wards are considered to be very important for medical units to urgently respond to the occurrence of cross-infection and medical and nursing infections of highly infectious bacteria such as the novel coronavirus in the hospital area. The reason is that good airflow is conducive to the rapid discharge of infectious bacteria. It is very critical to design a suitable, safe and effective air supply and exhaust solution for the construction of modular negative pressure wards. Based on computational fluid dynamics theory, the influence of six common ventilation and air exhaust schemes on the efficiency of bacteria discharge and diffusion was studied relying on multi-physics simulation software Comsol, facing emergency sanitary places such as Leishan Hospital, taking negative pressure wards as the research object. The concentration distribution of the existing airflow organization in Leishan Hospital''s ward was also discussed and studied. Multiple optimization plans were proposed and compared, and a better ventilation layout plan was obtained. This better layout plan can be regarded as a reference for future modular construction to reduce the spreading of germs and protect the staffs more effectively.
