| Abstract: | This paper analyzes the present situation of the literacy of acquisitioning staffs in the information times, points out the necessity of improving the literacy of acquisitioning staffs, and points out that the acquisitioning staffs must strengthen the learning and improve ideological and political literacy, ethical literacy, information literacy, knowledge literacy and humanistic literacy to meet the needs of modern library development. |
