Research on Management Innovation of the Telecommunication Operational Eenterprise

Management innovattion is the ability that the enterprises have to allocate and transform resources in an effective way and it plays an important role in maintaining and improving enterprises' competitiveness(EC).This paper combines the opportunities and challenges that the telecommunication enterprises are facing currently,analyzes the disadvantagee of traditional telecommunicattion operational enterprisee,makes a study of the inner relationship between management innovation and EC,deeply discusses the contents and construction including four aspects about thee management innovatttion of telecommunication operatioonal enterprises,and makes a detailled summary about parts of projects involved in actual strategy.It try to explain the related problems from the angle of integrating theory with practice,in order to raise feasibility,tificalness and availability of the concrete projectt,and comes out with some measures to improve competitiveness of telecommunicatttion operational enterprises.
