| 摘 要： | 随着电子技术的发展和经济建设的需要，在我国一些发达城镇已建成或正在组建自动化多用途房地产地籍系统，并向土地信息系统方向发展。本文借鉴国外的有关先进经验，在自动化房地产地籍基础上着重讨论了组建“城镇土地信息系统”的一些基本理论和方法。

| Abstract: | n some advanced cities and toWns of our country with the devel opment of electronic technology and the need of economical construction, the automatic multi-purpose real estate cadastre information system has been established in establishing and is deyeloping into the land information system. By virtue of the successful experiences of abroad on the basis of automatic real estate cadastre information system, the principal theory and method about establishment of the town information system are discussed. |
