内啮合变厚齿轮副斜向插削工艺研究

摘    要:为解决内啮合变厚齿轮的加工 ,首次提出了用同一把插齿刀加工一对内啮合厚齿轮副的斜向插削新方法 .通过对斜插后齿轮齿面方程的推导和误差分析 ,论证了该方法的可行性 ,并给出了最佳斜向插削角的计算公式 .这种新加工方法能够保证在国内现有设备上加工出高精度的内啮合变厚齿轮副 .

Abstract:A new manufacturing method is put forward for a pair of inside engaged gears.The pair of gears can be slotted with the same gear slotting cutter.The feasibility of this method is demonstrated by the derivation of the tooth surface equation and the analysis of the tooth shape error.The analysis result shows that the tooth shape error is very small,and the reference pressure angles of the pair of gears are equal.These ensure that the pair of gears engage very well. The formula is also given for the calculation of optimal oblique slotting angle.Its correctness is proven by examples.Two pairs of the gears have been manufactured by this method,and they are used in a new type speed reducer.They work well.
