从O形圈压胶模的设计加工看成组技术

测井仪器中用到数十种直径不同的O形橡胶密封圈,由于对不同直径O形圈的压胶模的标准化重视不够,使得压胶模的加工工艺多样,造成生产周期长,加工质量不易保证。现按照成组技术的原则,在模具设计、工艺及工装方面做了一系列工作后,取得了良好效果。

GROUP TECHNOLOGY VIEWED FROM THE DESIGNING AND MANUFACTURING OF O-RING EXTRUSION DIES

In well logging apparatuses, several decades of rubber O-rings of different diameters are used, Because of neglect of the standardization of the dies for ex- truding rubber O-rings, the technology for manufacturing, the dies has a great variety. This results in long production period and low quality of the products, The authors of this paper, in light of group technology, have done a lot of work in die design, technology and fixtures for manufacturing dies, and have got remarkable results.
