| 摘 要： | 图书馆在人员管理中存在着人员配置模式不合理、人才流失与浪费严重等弊端，究其原因，主要是受观念、图书馆效益体现、管理和人员素质等的影响。要解决这些问题，就要从合理配置与使用，科学选人和管理等方面采取有效措施，充分发挥图书馆员的积极性和创造性。

| Abstract: | There are some defects in personnel management in library such as the irrational allocation pattern, severe personnel loss and waste, etc. These defects are caused mainly by the influence of the concept, embodying of library' s benefit, management and personnel quality, etc. To solve these problems, we must adopt effective measures in aspects of scientifically and rationally allocating, selecting and using the talents, and giving full play to the activity and creativity of the librarians. |
