| Abstract: | The construction of sewage disposal in the middle and small cities is the most important aspect of the environmental development. The successful sewage disposal should have the best environmental social and economic effects, as a result, which make it possible that the least investment leads to the most production. The aim is to get the better effect spending the least expenses in disposing more sewage. |
