基于滑模控制的数控机床伺服系统的摩擦补偿

摘    要:以数控机床伺服系统为研究对象,对其建立了数学模型,并结合Lu Gre摩擦模型,设计了参数在线估计的PID滑模面自适应控制器.并采用李亚普诺夫函数证明系统的渐进稳定性.最后通过系统的MATLAB仿真及物理实验进一步证明了系统具有良好的跟踪性能.

Abstract:A mathematical model of CNC machine tool servo system which is considered as the research object,is created in this paper and also a sliding mode self-adaption controller is designed combined with LuGre friction model.The parameters of the PID sliding model surfance can be estimated online.The asymptotic stability of the system is proved by Lyapunov function.Finally,the MATLAB simulation experiments and physics experiments further show that the system has good tracking performance.
