| 摘 要： | 本文对涉及哈纳斯国家级自然保护区旅游资源开发的三个规划类文本进行了比较研究。指出,对类似的自然保护区旅游资源的开发和其他经营类开发应该以保护生物多样性的存在和发展为基础,使保护区所在地区的社会经济发展和生物多样性的存在共同处于可持续发展状态之中。

| Abstract: | This paper compares three planning texts for exploitation of tourism resources in Khanas National Nature Reserve of Xinjiang ,China. The authors argue that any exploitation of tourism resources and other types of resource exploitations for economic benefits in nature reserves like Khanas should be based on the protection of biodiversity existence and development so that the social-economic development of the regions in which nature reserves are located and the biodiversity of these nature reserves can co-exist in a manner of sustainable development. |
