唐继尧"大云南主义"财政支持体系探略

民国初期,唐继尧以云南一年收入仅600万元的穷土僻省,竟维持长达十数年驻军分布广泛、所需军饷浩繁的战争局面,与其特殊的财政支持体系密切相关。从当时的社会政治背景,很大程度是利用了"护国"、"护法"的政治正当性,不仅获得了从中央到西南各省、国外借款、海外华侨捐助等广泛的财物支持,加上对地方财力的进一步挖掘,进而保障了庞大军费需求的稳定来源。

On Financial Supporting System of Tan Jiyao's "Idea of Broad Yunnan"

During the period of Republic of China,Tang Jiyao financed his army with only one year of Yunnan's income for more than ten years,which was closely connected to his special financial supporting system.Under the social and political background of that time,Tang made best use of the righteousness of "Defending the Republic" and "Upholding the Constitution" to borrow money not only from the central government,states in southwestern China,but also from other countries and overseas Chinese,which guaranteed his great need of military fee.
