| 摘 要： | 对目前学术失范行为屡禁不止的原因进行分析,提出学报编辑在工作中应不断总结经验,担负起防范学术失范行为的重任,结合工作实践,总结出一些具体的处理学术失范行为的方法,最后,提出几条提高学报编辑防范学术失范行为能力的建议。

| Abstract: | Through an analysis of the causes of repetitive academic misconducts, the article proposes that the editors of the learned journals should sum up experience gained from their work and assume the responsibility of keeping away academic misconducts. Based on their practice, it also comes upwith some ways of keeping away academic misconducts and finally puts forward some suggestions for the editors of the learned journals on how to raise their ability to keep away academic misconducts. |
