| Abstract: | In this paper, firstly,the connotations of social informatiztion are defined in the view of holistic system. Then,based on the function mechanism of social informatiztion,and provided with available results of evaluating social informatization quotient that acquired from aspects of verticality,horizontality and item, a model for social informatization quotient in whole is constructed. Finally,an evaluating approach in conformity to the model is given. |
