| Abstract: | This paper expounds the course of the revolution of the Right within the enterprise,and through the actual example analysis,points out that the access right is a kind of "market-like" mechanism for optimizing the resources configuration,and the final distribution of the access right is the result of the continuous selection of all participating objectives on the market. |
