浅谈6S管理与高等职业教育的融合

伴随着高等职业教育的发展,企业与院校的深度融合已经成为一种必然。近年来,很多先进的工业企业管理工具和管理文化已经进入到了高等职业教育的课堂,高等职业教育的学子也纷纷进入到企业顶岗实习。本文以6S管理为例就高职院校能否结合就业领域和方向把企业管理文化融入校园文化,能否把企业管理工具用于营造培养氛围进行了研究和探讨。

The Integration of 6S Management and Higher Vocational Education

Along with the development of higher vocational education,business and institutions of the depth of integration has become a necessity.In recent years,many advanced industrial enterprise management tools and management culture has entered the classroom of higher vocational education,higher vocational education students also have access to post practice in enterprise.In this paper,6S management for example on whether the combination of Employment domain and direction can put business management and cultural into the campus culture,the enterprise management tool can be used to create a cultivate atmosphere were studied and discussed.
