| Abstract: | This paper puts forward an intelligent video surveillance system model which is composed of video acquisitioning unit, transfer network, central server platform and client side, illustrates the design scheme of the system through the model components and function analysis and the implementing method of key technologies, and expounds the problems that should be solved in the design of the intelligent video surveillance system. |
