| 摘 要： | 目的 :探索银黄含化片中黄芩苷的含量测定方法。方法 :以水加热溶提黄芩苷 ,定量加入硫酸铜、溴化十六烷基三甲铵、氨水溶液形成络合物 ,正丁醇萃取络合物 ,用紫外分光光度法测定含量。结果 :络合物最大吸收波长为 2 6 2± 1nm,回归方程为 A=5 .36 8X-1.5 74× 10 -2 ,r=0 .9996 ,n=7,线性范围 0～ 18μg/m L;精密度 RSD=0 .81% ,n=5 ;稳定性 RSD=1.48% ,2小时内稳定 ;平均回收率 99.43% ,RSD=1.6 5 % ,n=5。结论 :本法简便、准确 ,可排除共存物干扰 ,适于银黄含化片中黄芩苷的含量测定

| Abstract: | Objective: To explore the quantitative method for baicalin in Yinhuang Buccal Tablets. Methods: Extracted baicalin from Yinhuang Buccal Tablets with hot water, added quantitative liquor cupri sulfas, liquor cetrimidum and liquor ammoniae to form complex. Extracted the complex with alcohol butylicum and determined it by ultraviolet spectrophotometry. Results: The detection was done at 262±1nm. The regressive equation was A=5.368 X-1.574×10 -2 (r=0.9996,n=7) and the linear range was 0～18μg/mL;This method was accuracy (RSD=0.81%,n=5) and the complex was stable in 2h(RSD=1.48%).The average recovery was 99.43%(RSD=1.65%,n=5). Conclusion: This method has the advantages in convenience, accuracy and is not interfered by other compounds in Yinhuang Buccal Tablets. It is suitable for the determination of baicalin in Yinhuang Buccal Tablets. |
