摘    要:目的 :了解本辖区性传播疾病 (STD)中 ,淋球菌 (NG)、沙眼衣原体 (CT)、解脲支原体 (U U)的感染情况及流行趋势。方法 :用聚合酶链反应 (PCR)技术对 85 9例 STD患者的尿道 (宫颈 )拭子标本进行NG、U U及 CT的检测 ,并进行统计学处理。结果 :三种病原体的检出率分别为 U U35 .0 4%、CT2 3.0 5 %、NG15 .0 2 % ,混合感染率以 NG为最高 (2 7.13% ) ,CT次之 (2 1.6 9% ) ,UU最低 (16 .97% )。病原体的检出率明显集中在 19~ 42岁年龄段 ,占全部阳性例数的 90 %。结论 :以 UU、CT为感染源的非淋球性尿道炎 (宫颈炎 )在 STD发病率中呈明显上升趋势 ,19~ 42岁年龄段的患者为主要传染源 ,应作为 STD防治工作中的重点对象

Abstract:Objective: To understand the infections and epidemic trends of the sexual transmission disease (STD) in this area, such as Neisseria gonorrhoeae, Chlamydia trachomatis, Ureaplasma uraelyticum. Methods: 859 patients with STD were studied. The polymerase chain reaction was used to detect the secretion of the urethra or the cervix for NG, CT,UU infections. The statistical methods were used to analyse these data. Results: The detectable rates of the three pathogens were UU35.04%,CT23.05%,NG15.02% respectively. The NG mixed infections rate was the highest (27.13%), then the CT(21.69%), and the UU was the lowest(16.97%). The detectable rates of the pathogens were obviously higher in the age from to 42 90% positive cases being in this age period. Conclusion: The incidence rates of non-gonococcal uretnritis or non-gonococcal vaginitis caused by UU or CT present obviously rising trend in the STD. Patients aged from 19 to 42 years old are the major target of infection, so they ought to become the major objects in the prevention and cure of the STD.
