碱性苦味酸法测定血清肌酐试剂的配制

摘    要:目的 :配制直接测定血清肌酐的试剂碱性苦味酸 ,使得方法简单 ,结果可靠。方法 :改变氢氧化钠与苦味酸的浓度及配比 ,采用固定时间法测定。结果 :本法测定两种批号 RANDOX质控血清与其靶值比较 P>0 .0 5 ,精密度批内分别是 CV=3.4%和 2 .7% ,批间分别是 CV=3.96 %和 3.34%。本法与除蛋白滤液法 ,上海试剂 (速率法 )测定 10 0份血清结果分别是 113± 71μm ol/ L,110± 70 μmol/ L,115± 6 4μmol/ L.P>0 .0 5。结论 :本法准确度 ,精密度 ,回收率 ,线性均良好。

Abstract:Objective: To prepare Alkaline Picrate reagent of direct determination of serum creatinine and to make the method simply and reliably. Methods: The concentration and the proportion of Sodium Hydroxide and Picrate were changed and the method was used with fixed time. Results: There is no significant difference in two lot numbers of quality control serum RANDOX as compared with target value, P>0.05. The precision are CV=3.2% and 2.7% in lot numbers respectively and 3.96% and 3.34% among lot numbers respectively. The results of the method and two other processes are 113±71μmol/L, 110±70 μmol/L and 115±64μmol/L respectivly, P>0.05. Conclusion: The accuracy, precision, recovery rate and linearity of the method are satisfactary.
