He_Ne激光照射对罗氏沼虾胚胎超弱发光的影响

摘    要:本文报道He-Ne激光照射罗氏沼虾不同发育时期胚胎对其超弱发光的影响。实验表明激光照射对胚胎超弱发光强度的影响与胚胎所处的发育阶段密切相关。其中,激光照射使早期胚胎超弱发光强度增大,而使中期、后期胚胎发光强度降低。作者认为,这种现象是由罗氏沼虾胚胎发育的特点所造成的,测定胚胎的超弱发光强度可以作为检测激光照射效应的一种指标。

Abstract:The present paper reports the effect of He-Ne laser irradiation on ultraweak photon emission ( PE ) of the developing embryo of M. rosenbergii. Results demonstrate that the effect of laser irradiation on the PE strength of embryo is closely related to embryo developing stages. Laser irradiaton makes the PE streagth of early embryo inerase and the strength of middle as well as later embiyo reduce. It is considered that this phenomenon is determined by the characteristics of M.rosenbergii embryo and that PE value measurement of the embryo can be used as index for detection of laser irradiation effect.
