| 摘 要： | 对现在的软件系统来说，软件文档已是系统用户界面的一部分，成为软件系统不可缺少的重要组成部分，但当前软件文档中针对用户的一面却不如人意，在这方面也缺少足够的研究（人们多把研究的重点放在程序运行时的机上界面）。本文在对用户文档分析的基础上，提出了用户文档生命周期的概念，并以此指导用户文档的开发，对用户文档结构及界面的设计提出了自己的看法。

| Abstract: | Software files have become an important part of user interface system with regard to the present software system. But the respect of it for users is unsatisfactory, mainly because of lacking researching. (People focus their attention on machine interface of running program) The life period of user files is put forward in this paper on the basis of the user files analysing. The structure of the user files and interface designing has been raised for guiding its development. |
