光纤Bragg光栅在结构健康监测中的实验研究

摘    要:利用光纤Bragg光栅检测精度高、稳定性好、可集成网络系统等优点,以平板结构为研究对象,建立了平板的有限元理论模型和实体模型,并得到了平板受力的应力分布图,确定了光纤Bragg光栅在平板上粘贴的位置.并用光纤Bragg光栅和电阻应变片检测了平板在相同荷载作用下不同位置的应变响应特性.实验表明,光纤Bragg光栅可非常灵敏地感应微小应变.

Abstract:Utilizing virtues of fiber bragg gra ting,using flat structure as study o f object,finite element aca-demic model of flat is established,hypostatic model of flat is presented,and stress distributing chart of flat with bearing force is gained,stickup position of fiber bragg grating on t he flat is also confirmed.At the same time,using fiber bragg grating and t he resistance strain gauge,differe nt positional strain response chara cter-istics of flat is detected at the same load operating.The experiment indi cates that fiber bragg grating can very sensitively take title strain o f the flat.
