| 摘 要： | 提出一种仅仅用一个电流传器(CCII )实现的单输入二输出二阶电流模式滤波器电路。该电路由一个电流传器(CCII )、两个电容、三个电阻构成,它能实现二阶低通、带通滤波函数。本文分析了该电路的电流传输函数,并用PSPICE对该电路进行了仿真,仿真结果表明,该电路设计正确,电路结构简单,所用元器件少。

| Abstract: | A second-order current-mode filter with single-input and two-output is present based-on single CCII .The circuit consists of only one CCII ,two capcitors and three resistors,The device can perform the functions of second-order low pass and second-order band pass.The circuit is analyzed in detail.The circuit is simulated with PSPICE.Results show that the design of circuit is correct and the circuit has the characteristics of simple structure and less number of components. |
