| 摘 要： | 森林可以涵养水源、保持水土、防浪护堤、救生保安，对于防洪抗洪具有重要意义。有“洪水走廊”这称的江苏省水患频繁，应通过大力植树造林、建设重点林业生态工程、加强资源保护、增加科技投入建设防洪减灾生态保安体系。

| Abstract: | The frequently occuring floods
in Jiangsu province have greatly restricted or influenced the economic development and the
safty of society and environment. The forest plays an important rule in water and soil
conservation,enbankment protection and flood prevention. It is urgent to build flood prevention
and calamity reduction ecological protection system through planting and carring on major
forestry ecological projects. It is also suggested that administration should pay important
attention to the forestry resources and technology. |
